These terms govern your access to the Vekdol website, console, API and proxy network. By registering, purchasing traffic or using the services, you accept them. If you use Vekdol on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
1. Scope and eligibility
The services are operated under the Vekdol brand and cover vekdol.com, the customer console, the API, documentation and the proxy endpoints we provide. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Account, billing and contact details you submit must be accurate and kept current.
2. Services and licence
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the purchased services for your own lawful purposes during the subscription period. Product scope, regions, protocols, IP counts, bandwidth, traffic allowance and pricing are those shown at checkout or in your order.
Proxy endpoints, routes, geo-locations and third-party labels may change as upstream supply, routing or legal requirements change. Unless a written order states otherwise, we do not guarantee that any particular IP address stays available, that a target site accepts requests, or that a specific commercial outcome will be achieved.
3. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping passwords, API keys, proxy credentials, sub-account tokens and IP allow-lists confidential and for restricting access to authorised personnel. You may not sell, rent, share or transfer accounts, or open multiple accounts to circumvent limits or promotional rules. Tell us immediately at support@vekdol.com if you suspect credential leakage or unauthorised use; we may reset credentials or block connections to protect the network.
4. Fees, wallet balance and refunds
Fees, currency, billing units and periods are those displayed when you order. Wallet credit and promotional credit can only be used to purchase services, carry no interest, and are generally not withdrawable, transferable or redeemable for cash except where law requires otherwise. Traffic allowances expire at the end of the stated period and do not roll over unless the product page says so.
Refunds follow the rules shown at purchase. Services already consumed, unmet subjective business expectations, restrictions imposed by third-party platforms, and suspensions caused by misuse are normally not refundable. If you initiate an unjustified chargeback, we may submit order, login and usage records to the payment provider as evidence of authorised delivery.
5. Acceptable use
You may use the services only for lawful purposes and must comply with the laws, contracts and platform rules that apply to you and to the sites you access. You must not use the services to:
- commit fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, identity theft or card abuse;
- launch denial-of-service attacks, unauthorised scanning or intrusion, credential stuffing, or distribute malware;
- run phishing, impersonation, spam, harassment or artificially manipulate traffic, ads or engagement;
- collect personal data, credentials or payment information unlawfully, or access non-public areas without permission;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or trade-secret rights;
- place unreasonable load on targets or bypass rate, concurrency, region or traffic limits;
- resell, sublet or publicly expose proxy access, operate open proxies, or build a competing product from the services;
- harm minors, critical infrastructure or public safety.
6. Monitoring, suspension and appeals
We process account, payment, usage, connection metadata and risk signals to bill correctly, secure the platform and prevent abuse. Where we detect suspected illegality, attack traffic, infringement, non-payment, chargeback risk or failed verification, we may restrict targets, ports, regions, bandwidth or products, reset credentials, or suspend and terminate access. We will normally give notice and a chance to remedy the issue where risk allows; urgent security incidents, clear illegality, repeat violations or legal prohibitions may be handled immediately. Appeals can be sent to support@vekdol.com with your account, order and technical details.
7. Third-party sites and customer data
The services provide network connectivity only. Third-party websites, content and data are outside our control, and their availability, legality and terms are the responsibility of the relevant third party. You decide which sites to access, what data to collect and how long to keep it, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis and providing any required notices when you process personal data through the services.
8. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The services, software, API, documentation, interface and marks belong to us or our licensors, and these terms do not transfer ownership. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, enumerate the proxy pool, remove proprietary notices, or use internal materials to develop a competing product. Each party will protect non-public commercial, technical, pricing and credential information learned through the relationship, except information that is public, independently developed or legally required to be disclosed.
9. Availability and changes
We provide the services with commercially reasonable skill and care, but proxy networks depend on the internet, carriers, upstream suppliers and target sites, so maintenance, latency, outages and endpoint changes can occur. Unless a written order states otherwise, uptime or success-rate figures on marketing pages are not a service-level commitment for any individual connection. We may update these terms as the products, law or security environment change and will post the revised version with a new date; material changes will be notified through the site, console or account email.
10. Disclaimers, liability and termination
Except as required by law, the services are provided on an "as available" basis without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Either party may terminate for material breach that is not cured within a reasonable period; we may also terminate immediately for serious misuse. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers and liability limits, will survive.

服务以 Vekdol 品牌运营，覆盖 vekdol.com、客户控制台、API、技术文档及我们提供的代理接入端点。您须年满 18 周岁且具备订立合同的能力，所提交的账户、账单与联系信息须真实、准确并及时更新。
二、服务内容与使用许可
在您完成付款并遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您在订购期内有限、非独占、不可转让且可撤销的使用权，仅供您自身的合法用途。具体产品范围、地区、协议、IP 数量、带宽、流量额度与价格，以下单页面或订单所载内容为准。
代理端点、线路、地理位置及第三方标注可能随上游供给、路由或合规要求变化。除书面订单另有约定外，我们不保证特定 IP 持续可用、目标网站一定接受请求，也不保证达成某项具体商业结果。
三、账户与凭证安全
您应妥善保管密码、API 密钥、代理凭证、子账户令牌与 IP 白名单，并仅向获授权人员开放。不得出售、出租、共享或转让账户，也不得通过多账户规避限制或优惠规则。如发现凭证泄露或未经授权的使用，请立即通过 support@vekdol.com 联系我们；为保护网络，我们可重置凭证或阻断连接。
四、费用、钱包余额与退款
费用、币种、计费单位与周期以下单时显示为准。钱包余额与赠送余额仅可用于购买服务，不计利息，除法律另有规定外通常不可提现、转让或兑换现金。流量额度在标明的有效期结束时失效，除产品页面另行说明外不予结转。
退款按购买时展示的规则处理。已实际消耗的服务、未达主观业务预期、第三方平台限制以及因违规导致的停用，通常不予退款。若您发起无正当理由的拒付，我们可向支付渠道提交订单、登录与用量记录，作为已完成授权交付的凭证。
五、可接受使用规范
您仅可将服务用于合法目的，并遵守适用于您及所访问网站的法律、合同与平台规则。不得直接或间接将服务用于：
- 欺诈、洗钱、规避制裁、盗用身份或滥用支付工具；
- 发起拒绝服务攻击、未授权扫描或入侵、撞库，或传播恶意程序；
- 网络钓鱼、冒充他人、垃圾信息、骚扰，或人为操纵流量、广告与互动数据；
- 非法收集个人数据、凭证或支付信息，或未经许可访问非公开区域；
- 侵犯知识产权、隐私、肖像或商业秘密等第三方权利；
- 对目标网站施加不合理负载，或绕过速率、并发、地区与流量限制；
- 转售、分租或公开分享代理接入，搭建开放代理，或基于本服务开发竞争产品；
- 危害未成年人、关键信息基础设施或公共安全。
六、监测、暂停与申诉
为准确计费、保障平台安全与防止滥用，我们会处理账户、支付、用量、连接元数据与风险信号。若发现涉嫌违法、攻击流量、侵权行为、欠费、拒付风险或核验未通过，我们可限制目标、端口、地区、带宽或产品，重置凭证，或暂停、终止服务。在风险状况允许时，我们会先行通知并给予整改机会；紧急安全事件、明显违法、重复违规或法律禁止通知的情形可即时处置。申诉请发送至 support@vekdol.com，并附账户、订单与技术说明。
七、第三方网站与客户数据
服务仅提供网络连接能力，第三方网站、内容与数据不受我们控制，其可用性、合法性与规则由相应第三方负责。访问对象、采集字段与保存期限由您自行决定；通过本服务处理个人信息时，您应确保具备合法依据并履行必要的告知义务。
八、知识产权与保密
服务、软件、API、文档、界面与商标归我们或许可方所有，本条款不转让任何所有权。您不得复制、修改、反向工程、枚举代理资源池、移除权利标识，或利用内部资料开发竞争产品。双方应对合作中获知的非公开商业、技术、价格与凭证信息履行保密义务，已公开、独立取得或依法须披露的信息除外。
九、可用性与条款变更
我们以商业上合理的技能与谨慎提供服务，但代理网络依赖互联网、运营商、上游供应商与目标网站，可能出现维护、延迟、中断或端点变化。除书面订单另有约定外，营销页面上的在线率或成功率数据不构成针对单条连接的服务等级承诺。我们可能因产品、法律或安全环境变化更新本条款，并发布带新日期的版本；重大变更将通过网站、控制台或账户邮箱通知。
十、免责声明、责任限制与终止
除法律强制要求外，服务按"现状可用"提供，不作适销性、特定用途适用性与不侵权的默示担保。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们因服务产生的责任总额以您就受影响服务在索赔前三个月实际支付的金额为限，且不对间接、附带或后果性损失承担责任。任一方可因对方重大违约且在合理期限内未改正而终止合作；对严重滥用行为，我们可立即终止。依其性质应继续有效的条款，包括付款义务、知识产权、免责声明与责任限制，在终止后继续适用。
